The Vacation Retreats - Beach Shack and Mt Cabin
Two floors, 3 rooms with an open roof design on the back, real wood shingles, base and each style has its own accessories. Beach has the decking, posts, spa tub ladder and row boat. Mountain has the front porch and rock fireplace. This is a great club project since each has room for personalizing the building and its surroundings. Both have instructions with lots of colored pictures in PDF format on a CD.

The Loft
Like the Jacksonville Hotel of Oregon, this brings back the flavor of the old west. Climb the stairs to the loft where you can have doors to rooms or items for sale. The kit includes pre-assembled building, the windows, door, front overhang kit, stairs kit, hutch and counter kits, interior and exterior graphics and suggestions on finishing the unit as a historic hotel. The instructions are on CD in PDF format with lots of pictures and easy to follow instructions.
